Welcome to Bootcamp Team Training! If you are serious about getting into great shape and developing a body that is a fat burning machine, then Bootcamp Team Training is for you. If you've got the courage to change, the courage to take charge of your life and to take charge of your health, then I want to work with you! If you are prepared to do whatever it takes to finally lose fat and keep it off, to gain strength, and to increase your endurance, then you will love this program! I guarantee it!

Bootcamp combines the knowledgeable work out programs of a highly trained one-on-one personal trainer with the motivating group experience. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone that just wants to get in great shape, this program is for you! You can truly say you have your own personal trainer.

The name lives up to the nature of its meaning! We train army hard! Tone your muscles the way your body was meant to with sit ups, lunges, squats, pull-ups, and good old fashion running. Combine that with cutting edge exercise techniques in the great outdoors and a dash of adrenaline for a full body workout experience that leaves you sweating for more!

We accommodate all fitness levels to build a healthy, strong, and lean physique. Trainers keep you on your feet and excited, making the experience lively and enjoyable, building you up mentally and physically!


I have exercised six days a week for years.  That routine has kept my heart healthy, but was becoming very stale.  Bootcamp with Lori has no down-side.  The rules are simple:  Eat as she tells you, give 110% of what you can do during camp, do the off-day exercises, and drink the water.  A tiny sample of bits of the workouts includes: four people carrying a picnic table across Walker park and then taking it back, running/jogging the side hills of McNaughton with pushups when you arrive on top, staggered bleacher pushups at Riverview Ballpark, and alternating routines of full-body workouts on the downtown Plaza.  Every session included different and new exercises, including kettlebells and ropes - a perfect way to "shock the body."  I did not do every exercise to its fullest extent, but I worked hard and it paid off:  at the end of four weeks, I lost 12" total and about 4% body fat.  I plan to do this again in September.  Very highly recommended!
