Join me and a few of my "sick and twisted" SWAT and Ranger buddies for a "sick and twisted" good time! We will put you through tactical drills, head spinning Kettlebell workouts, and you will actually perform "Special Operations" training. These workouts promise to be the absolute most challenging and most fun workouts to date! Workouts held on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm at various parks throughout the Mishawaka, Granger and South Bend areas. Prerequisite: Kettlebell 101 clinic, Kettlebell experience thru small group training, or Kettlebell one on one training. Past Xtreme Athletes welcome. No Beginners, please!
