Lori Harris has been involved in Fitness since 1987. Lori loves to show people that they can accomplish any goal they set their mind to. Her excercise philosophy encompasses a hard work pays off, no quick fix, attitude. Lori's latest accompolishments include training the SWAT team and Strength and Conditioning coaches at Notre Dame.

Mike Neller, Trainer. Nutritionist.
Mike Neller attended the U.S. Naval Academy where upon graduation he served as a submarine officer for 28 years and commanded the nuclear powered ballistic missile submarine, the USS FLORIDA (SSBN 728). Mike has over 30 years of experience in the area of sports, health and fitness. He has been a competitive athlete at the collegiate level and coached at the High School level. He was Navy Fitness Instructor for over 10 years and has worked as a personal trainer with a certification from the Cooper Institute of Aerobic Fitness in Dallas Texas. In the late 90's he developed and ran a remedial fitness program for Navy personnel who failed to meet the Navy's physical fitness requirements. This program was unprecedented in that it achieved a nearly a 100 percent success rate. As a Nutritionist he has a Master of Science Degree in Holistic Nutrition from the Clayton College of Natural Health, is board certified in Nutritional Wellness from the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and holds a Master Herbalist Certification.
Leo Jenkins, Trainer.
Leo left his career as a professional firefighter in Arizona in 2002 to aid in the nation’s effort on the war on terrorism. Serving as a U.S. Army Ranger medic Leo deployed a multitude of times to Iraq and Afghanistan. While serving with 3rd Ranger Battalion Leo was a member of the Ranger fight team and competed in multiple mixed martial arts events. After being wounded in Iraq and unable to continue competitive martial arts he stepped in as the team’s strength and conditioning coach. Upon being discharged from the service Leo began his carrier as a personal trainer. He has top five finishes in the Sedona marathon, Bagram marathon, Tempe international triathlon, and Puerto Penasco triathlon. Leo is a certified emergency paramedic and is currently majoring in pre med in hopes of earning his M.D.
