"This has literally changed my life. In three weeks time, I no longer revolve my life around eating, I eat to live, not live to eat! I no longer use food for comfort. I find if I am stressed, tired, upset....I grab my exercise ball and workout or just on the treadmill that no longer is used as a drying rack! My kids are eating better, my husband is eating better, and I feel like I am a positive role model for them. My three year old starts soccer tomorrow, and we have been practicing.
