This program is intense, effective, and hard core. Because we expect Xtreme athletes to be mentally tough as well as physically tough, Xtreme is not for beginners. These are not "feel good" workouts. This authentic strength and conditioning program is for those who are willing to push themselves to the utmost limit because top performance is the only outcome we accept. We train together as a like minded group of athletes who support one another and do life together. This program is perfect conditioning for Runners, Tri Athletes, cyclists, Skiers, and snowboarders. This Xtreme is geared for Cyclists and tri athletes who want to quickly gain strength, core strength, and cycling conditioning. BRING YOUR BIKE! We will be spending a part of every workout in the Outpost Sports Computrainer center.
